SOCIAL MEDIA HOUSE RULES

Our channels are an open space for everyone to engage with. We respect everyone’s right to express their thoughts, opinions and to share reviews on our products. However, we do ask that you respect our social media house rules to ensure this is a safe space for all. If you cannot comply with our house rules, we may remove your comments, and if continued repeatedly, you may be blocked from our channels.

When engaging with us, please keep in mind the following:

• Keep your post nice. Do not include content, image or links to things which could be considered obscene, offensive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, overtly sexual, discriminatory or hateful to another person or organisation - including us.
  
  
• This is a spam free zone. So, no repeat posts please or unsolicited ads. Please no multiple or repetitive posts by a single user, or repetitive posts copied and pasted or duplicated by single or multiple users.
  
  
• Keep posts and comments relevant to us, our offerings and our content.
  
  
• Please do not post any of your own or anyone else’s personal information.

Competitions: To be eligible for any of our social media giveaways and competitions, all applicants must be based in Australia unless specified otherwise on the giveaway post. We have the right to re-draw a prize if the applicant is not located in Australia and/or doesn't meet any criteria set out in the competition post.
