WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY?

  • We manufacture to order and therefore we do not provide cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges if you have a change of mind or if you ordered the incorrect size, format or design across our range.

  • We take great precautions with our packaging in preparation for shipping but if your order arrives damaged or if it is not what you ordered please call me (Penny) on 0407 819 574 WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER so we can have a quick chat about what went wrong. 
    Please take photos of the damage that occurred during transit and email to pen@retroprintmerchants.com.au and we will rectify it pronto and send a replacement.

  • We ask that you handle your items with care once delivered. We will not take responsibility for any damage that occurs after delivery.
