WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • We print and frame to order and therefore we do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges if you have a change of mind or if you ordered the incorrect size.
  • We take great precautions with our packaging in preparation for shipping but if your order arrives damaged or if it is not what you ordered please call me (Penny) on 0407 819 574 within 7 days of receiving your order so we can have a quick chat about what went wrong. 
    Please take photos of the damage that occurred during transit and email to pen@retroprintmerchants.com.au and we will rectify it pronto and send a replacement.
  • We ask that you handle your items with care (common sense must prevail) and if you have ordered a framed print or canvas then please follow the 'How to Hang' instructions included by our framer. We will not take responsibility for any damage that occurs after delivery.
