WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • We manufacture to order and therefore ask that you're sure about the design, size and format when you are ordering. Because we do not hold or re-sell secondhand stock we cannot provide refunds, returns or exchanges if you have a change of mind.

  • We take great precautions with our packaging in preparation for shipping but if your order arrives damaged or if it is not what you ordered please call me (Penny) on 0407 819 574 within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can have a quick chat about what went wrong. 
    You can also take photos of the damage that occurred during transit and email me pen@retroprintmerchants.com.au and we will rectify it pronto and send a replacement.

  • We ask that you handle your item with care once delivered and we're confident it will fill your home with retro colour and style for many, many years!
