A classic vintage ski poster designed by Henry Reb (1883-1959) in 1933 for the Paris-Lyon-Méditerranée (PLM) railways to promote the Chamonix ski resort. Cleverly showing the changing of the seasons, this poster depicts a mountaineer in the summer and a skier in the winter, along with the relevant local schools providing training in both disciplines.
Henry Reb was an impressionist and modern artist whose works have become highly sought after.
